Security and privacy
Careful with patient data, by default.
Clinics hold some of the most sensitive information a person has. These are the choices we made so that handling it stays simple and safe.
Role-based access
Every person is invited with a role and a set of branches. A therapist at one branch cannot open another branch's patients, and the front desk does not see what it has no reason to see.
You control the team
Owners invite staff by email, change a person's role and branches at any time, and remove access when someone leaves.
Patient consent
Marketing campaigns only go to patients who have agreed to receive them. Appointment confirmations and reminders are kept separate from marketing.
AI that stays in its lane
AI in Cledge can summarise notes a doctor has already written. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not give medical advice. A doctor's clinical judgement is never replaced by it.
Your data stays yours
Patient records belong to your clinic's account. They are not sold, and they are not shared with other clinics.
Access
Every person, every branch, written down.
You can see at a glance who is on the team, what role they hold and which branches they can reach. Nothing is implicit, and nothing is shared through a common login.
- Invite by email — each person uses their own login.
- Access follows the role and the assigned branches.
- Remove somebody the day they leave.

Messaging
An outbox you can check.
Every email and WhatsApp message Cledge sends is recorded, with the reason anything failed. If a patient says they never got a reminder, you can look rather than guess.
- Confirmations, reminders and campaigns all recorded.
- Failures show why they failed.
- Marketing only goes to patients who consented.
