How it works
Five steps, the same at every branch.
Cledge follows the visit rather than the paperwork: whoever is at the desk, in the consulting room or looking at the numbers sees the same patient move through the same five steps.
01
Book
The front desk picks branch, doctor and slot. Double-booking is blocked.
- Pick the branch, the doctor and the slot. Cledge only offers slots the doctor is actually available for.
- Leave, clinic closures and extra hours are set once and respected everywhere.
- A confirmation goes out to the patient on email and WhatsApp.
02
Check in
Mark the patient as arrived and the live queue orders itself.
- The front desk marks the patient as arrived.
- A live queue shows everyone waiting, in the order they turned up.
- Doctors see their own queue without asking reception.
03
Consult
The doctor opens the full history and records notes and diagnosis.
- The doctor opens the patient's full history — past visits, consultations, prescriptions and documents.
- Notes and diagnosis are recorded against the visit.
- AI can summarise notes the doctor has already written. It never diagnoses or gives medical advice.
04
Prescribe
Write the prescription and print it in your clinic's own branding.
- Create the prescription from the consultation.
- Print it in a clean format carrying the clinic's own branding.
- It stays on the patient's record for the next visit.
05
Follow up
Reminders go out, and patients who stop attending are listed for you.
- Sessions in a treatment package are counted as they are used.
- Patients on an active package who have stopped attending are listed automatically.
- Reach out by email or WhatsApp before they drop off for good.
Step 1 · Book
Only the slots that are really free.
The front desk picks the branch, the doctor and the time. Cledge only offers slots the doctor is actually available for, so two patients never land in the same one.
- Doctors' hours, leave and clinic closures set once per branch.
- Blocked slots cannot be booked by anyone, at any branch.
- The patient gets a confirmation as soon as it is done.

Step 3 · Consult
The whole history, open before you start.
The doctor opens the patient and everything is there: past visits, notes, prescriptions and uploaded documents — whichever branch they were seen at.
- Visits from every branch on one timeline.
- Notes and diagnosis recorded against the visit.
- Reports and X-rays uploaded to the patient's file.

Step 4 · Prescribe
Printed on your clinic's own letterhead.
Write the prescription from the consultation and print it in a clean format carrying your clinic's branding. It stays on the record for the next visit.
- Medicines, dosage and advice in one sheet.
- Your clinic's name, branch and registration on every print.
- AI can summarise notes the doctor already wrote — it never diagnoses.

Step 5 · Follow up
Nobody drops off unnoticed.
Sessions in a treatment package are counted as they are used. When somebody on an active package stops turning up, Cledge puts them on a list instead of leaving it to memory.
- Every session counted against the package.
- Patients who stopped attending surfaced automatically.
- Reach out on WhatsApp or email before they are gone for good.

Across branches
The same five steps, wherever the patient walks in.
A patient seen at your Rohini branch in the morning and your Saket branch in the evening is one patient, with one history. Staff are assigned to one branch or to all of them.
