The front desk comes first
If reception cannot book an appointment in a few taps on a busy morning, nothing else about the software matters. Everything starts from that desk.
One patient, one history
A patient who visits two of your branches is still one patient. Their history should follow them, not sit in a file cabinet at the branch they went to first.
AI stays out of the diagnosis
We use AI for one narrow job: summarising notes a doctor has already written. Clinical judgement belongs to the doctor, and we are not interested in blurring that line.
The problem we started from
Most clinics run on paper, phone calls and scattered chats.
Appointments clash. Patient history is hard to find. Packages of sessions go untracked, and patients who stop coming are never followed up. Owners with several branches cannot see what is happening in each one. Cledge exists to put all of that in one place.
